Kevin has written foundation, local, state, and federal grants since 2011. Kevin’s original grant writing began with affordable housing in Marion, Indiana. He also wrote several foundation and local grants for community gardens in the same town. They have the abilities to write programmatic and capital grants with a long history of grants awarded. Their biggest accomplishments include: two HOME Investment Partnership Grants, three Federal Home Loan Bank Grants, several CDBG grants – with one focused on blight elimination, and many local grants to move projects forward. Kevin has been in the role of funder for the past several years and knows what is needed for proposals, implementation, and the evaluation period of grant cycles.
